Created a startup that offers vehicle brokers services allowing the general public to purchase vehicles from auctions that were only available to dealers. My part was developing the website and implementing a CRM system for managing our customers. This allowed us to provide online membership sign-up and provided system for customer support, sales management, and marketing campaigns.
• Supported over 200+ VMs, and Physical servers running Windows server 2008 to Windows Server 2019 • Supported Hyper-V clusters, MS SQL clusters, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Office 365. • Migrated company from on-premise PBX system to Microsoft phone system, using Teams and Skype for Business. • Monitored systems using various tools, SolarWinds, ManageEngine DesktopManager, and Netikus EventSentry. • Kept systems up to date using Microsoft WSUS and ManageEngine DesktopManager.
I provide IT support for clients throughout the Rockwall and Dallas area. My duties include managing system updates, network health, maintain high levels of availability of the clients systems. I provide end-user support for desktop hardware and desktop applications. Provide support for networking equipment and VOIP services. Anything IT related I handle.

Provided support for the corporate office desktop computers. Migrated from On-Premise Exchange 2010 to Office 365. Monitored systems using Solarwinds Orion. Patched workstations and servers using WSUS then went to third-party application called ManageEngine Desktop Central.
