• Plan, direct, coordinate and lead 4 direct/15 indirect reports in operations which covers Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Test Engineering, Setup Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Shipping/Receiving and Quality Management • Develop and implement a 1-3-5 year target state and respective improvement plan in line with MT Lean and Quality manufacturing requirements • Define and create companywide Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's) which covers Safety, Rework%, Warranty%, First Pass Yield (FPY), Lead Time, Company On Time Delivery (OTD), Supplier OTD, Fill Time, Material Price Index (MPI), Utilization, Service Ride Alongs, Supplier Scorecard and Training Courses • Implement and document key processes, workflows, cycle times and position responsibilities • Actively participate in management team as senior manager of MTCIV: meetings, strategy definition, budget development and company initiatives • Solely ensure appropriate personnel, time and resources to permit the risk assessment process to successfully meet and exceed ANSI B155 standards • Responsible for the development and launch of a companywide continuous improvement program by improving the complete supply chain strategy that drives cost reductions, efficiencies, supplier' quality and on time delivery • Direct hiring, training and mentoring of operations staff
