My name is Dustin Ashcraft and I’m known for my photography. I’ve been a professional photographer for around 15 years and I’ve shot for many different record labels and national agencies. I still shoot as a passion. I’m currently the IT Support Technical Lead for Crash Champions. I work with my IT team to support the frontend and backend of a large multi-domain infrastructure of 600+ locations, nationwide. I was working at Single Digits as a NOC Support Group RM on the Multi-Dwelling Unit team. My role involved working with the teams responsible for handling IOT/networking support tickets for multi-dwelling unit properties to ensure that issues are resolved and tickets are closed successfully. For 5 years I was a corporate consultant for Apple and work with the Channel Retail program. My job was work with the Channel Retail partner, Best Buy, and manage all of the Apple business in Best Buy locations. This included training, team management, brand advocacy, shop maintenance, server hub maintenance, revenue and trends reporting. I was a part of multiple national projects for Apple and I won regional ASC of the year for two years in a row in two different regions. The 2017 win was the first time that my region had ever been #1 in the U.S. I managed most of the reporting and all of the weekly calls for my region. I've been studying networking and coding for around 2 years. My career goal is to move into systems administration or automation. Please join me in my journey!
