As senior consultant, 🔹I led and coordinated the design and implementation of the Target Operating Model for the Reinsurance Business Unit. Responsible for leading and developing a cross-regional team of six Lean Six Sigma project managers who reported to me directly or doted line. I overseed the project management activities of the team members in various locations, such as Switzerland, UK, Guernsey, Gibraltar, and Eastern Europe. I also defined and implemented the project portfolio management, ensuring that the projects align with the new Market Area strategy and deliver the expected outcomes. I managed the budget, reporting, and communication of the project portfolio to the top management and other stakeholders. As a Private Banking client advisor, I provided financial advisory services and solutions to affluent and high-net-worth individuals and families. I stayed updated on the market trends, regulations, and opportunities, and applied the best practices and standards of the industry. Some of the main responsibilities were: • Supporting client advisors in their relationships with customers, portfolio management activities and acquisition of new Private Banking clients. This involves understanding the clients' needs, goals and preferences, providing them with tailored investment proposals, market updates and risk analysis, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention. • Managing one specific relationship with an External Asset Manager (assets under management: ~CHF 30 m). This involves acting as the main point of contact for the External Asset Manager, facilitating the execution of transactions, providing access to the bank's products and services, and monitoring the performance and compliance of the portfolio. Advised an External Asset Manager (total assets under management: ~CHF 20 m) in his relationship with the bank.
As a Financial Controller for Private Banking, I have a variety of responsibilities that involve planning, reporting, analyzing, and managing the financial performance of the division. Some of my main responsibilities are: • Budgeting: I prepared and monitored the annual budget for the division, as well as the quarterly forecasts and outlooks. I also coordinated the budgeting process with other controlling teams and functions within the Credit Suisse Group. • Preparation of information: I produced and delivered monthly reports and presentations for the division Credit Suisse Private Banking, as well as for the Credit Suisse Financial Services business unit. I also provided commentary and analysis on the results according to Swiss and US GAAP, and answered questions from internal and external stakeholders, such as rating agencies, Swiss National Bank, and key investors. • Project management: I lead and participated in various projects that aim to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of the financial information and processes. For example, I led the Full Cost Allocation project, the implementation of the Essbase Business Intelligence tool, and the Management Information System project. • I also managed the Cross Entity Services: Revenue Split, and Service Level Agreements with other divisions and entities within the group. I overseed and controlled the Full Cost Allocation for the division. I ensured that the Service Level Agreements are aligned with the actual services provided and the costs incurred.
