Dushyant has the imagination to compensate for what he is not, and a sense of humour to console for what he is. Apart from being in leadership roles in the financial services industry, he has been a co-founder of two failed start-ups. The first one helped talent meet opportunities in sports. And the second one allowed users to listen to audio stories of places around them on Google Maps. He has helped thousands of professionals, unLearn and make their professional journey more meaningful in the last decade. He also helps his teenage daughter run a non-profit organization that she set up. Letters for Change (www.lettersforchange.ngo) is a completely student run initiative. Dushyant has worked with more than a thousand students from the top colleges and institutes. He has helped them discover their potential and blossom to become fine professionals. Dushyant is an avid driver who has completed the Golden Quadrilateral drive. He has driven on some of the most treacherous roads in the Himalayas, including some of the highest passes there. He is a student of history and culture, a co-traveller with his two daughters in their quest to discover the world.
Mahika Mishra Foundation (MMF) is a Mumbai based non-profit organisation founded in 2019 by 12 year old Mahika Mishra. MMF works on creating opportunities for children to express their opinions and concerns. Its flagship initiative is called Letters for Change (www.lettersforchange.ngo). This initiative strives to amplify children's voices and inspire change. Children are expected to write letters based on this brief – “Write a letter on an issue that you think will change your life”

Yawo helped you share your knowledge about a place with others by putting an audio story on Google Maps. The failure of Yawo was due to my inability to find the first set of loyal users who would stay on the application. The other question we couldn't crack was "Who comes first, the content or the content creator?".
SportsPasta was a sports eco-system that bridged the social, physical and economic distance between talent and opportunity. While we had a fantastic response from all the stakeholders in the sports eco-system. The investors didn't see this as an opportunity. The lesson learnt was there has to be an exchange of money in any business, right from the word go. Yes, there are exceptions to this, but then they are "Exceptions".
