As a Senior Service Designer at Komerční banka, I lead the design and implementation of key digital transformation projects. I am responsible for overseeing the New Digital Bank (KB+) program, focusing on digitizing deposit tariffs and managing client transfers between legacy and new systems. My primary achievement includes developing a fully digital client migration process, achieving an 84% conversion rate without the need for in-person branch visits. My role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer-centric digital solutions and improve operational efficiency through agile methodologies.
