Throughout my career, I have worked across banking, manufacturing, and multinational environments, leading HR functions at both local and global levels. I have managed HR operations across 13 countries and partnered closely with CEOs and executive teams to drive organizational transformation, post-M&A integration, and performance-driven cultures.
