Taking the summer and then will determine my options
IT Service Management of 8 countries split into 5 regions (Nordic, BeNe, France, Russian Federation and South Africa). I am responsible for managing Production IT within the portfolio of countries, ensuring best practice from third party outsourced suppliers providing Electronic Workplace, Network, Voice and printing services, including adherence to Service Level Agreements, Budgeting and Service Improvements. Reporting the success or failure of the services into the Region CEO and COO discussing their IT requirements, promoting group IT strategy and gaining buy in and trust to pilot new group initiatives within the countries. My end goal is to provide a seamless IT experience from when a staff member joins to when they leave the company.
