I am a Airline Captain with over 10000 hours of experience. My current role includes training CRM (Crew Resource Management) and aircraft initial type ratings including procedural training. I provide guidance, writing regulatory documentation for a number of operators including integration and approval from aircraft manufacturer into these approvals. Continuing to teach clients from ab initio licenses to advanced training. My job satisfaction is gained primarily maintaining high standards in operations and having the privilege to help clients achieve their flying goal whilst enjoying every minute of their aviation experience.
