    Initially hired as a Structural and Methods Engineer to conduct structural design/drawings reviews, author procedure/worksheet documentation for offshore and yard support engineering and oversee completion of yard preparation and onsite work to ensure specification compliance for a Jasmine Gas Field, Conoco Phillips Project, I was promoted to Project Engineer in 2011. In this positions I have contributed to key projects, including; ♦ Edvard Grieg Oil Field, Lundin Petroleum, North Sea, Norway (2014): Launch Jacket T&I. I was tapped to replace the initial project lead and charged with recovering progress/budgets and to ensure on-time delivery to client. I successfully recovered expenditures from 20% over budget to just 5% over budget within the last nine months of a three year project valued at £35m by streamlining project team from 15 to 7, gaining efficiency, quality, and consistency of project deliverables, by re-evaluating Third-Party Scopes of Work and fabrication contracts to identify discrepancies, tighten exposure to variation orders, improve site attendance, and report validity, and by more consistently monitoring progress. Additionally led the Offshore Technical Support Team during execution phase. ♦ OFON Phase 2, Total, West Africa (2013): OFQ and OFP2 jackets, and Five Module OFQ Topside Installation. Initially tapped as Lead Engineer for the OFQ, subsequently charged with oversight of entire scope of project. Additionally, I provided technical oversight for all deliverables and resources, interfaced with client via meetings/presentations, and supported offshore installation support in Nigeria under EPCI Contract. ♦ Jasmine Gas Field, Conoco Phillips, North Sea, UK Continental Shelf (2011-2012): JRP and JLQ Jackets, Lift Jacket in UKCS. Promoted during course of project to Project Engineer Served as Yard Representative in Italy concurrently for both jacket projects.
