Aujourd'hui, je suis fier d'intégrer SNEF France dans l'agence de Nantes. Ce nouveau challenge dans le milieu du BTP est une belle opportunité mutuelle où j'apporterai mon expertise acquise pendant plus de 15 ans dans le monde de l'ingénierie pétrolière, principalement chez Technip, en tant qu'ingénieur système, puis en tant qu'acheteur industriel dans la section "package equipment".

System activities was in critical path and could jeopardize the delivery of the project when I have integrated the team. Principal activities were to find common agreements with client and system vendor to secure the delivery in due time. In addition, I have participated to the FAT of the system to enforce the team.

      In charge to define the needs in terms of low voltage for the pharmaceutical project ARRAS 2020 for the client LFB. Design of the Environnemental Monitoring System, of the Building Management System. Coordination between HVAC engineers, process team and client to elaborate the philosophy of the different systems implemented in the plant.

      After more than 3 years to lead the design of the SAS in an integrated team (management of 10 people at the peak), to participate to the tests and so on. I took the opportunity to lead the discipline Instrumentation, Control System and Telecom on the project DONG. My main responsabilities were to manage a team of engineers, to organize all activities in order to terminate the project by respecting schedule constraints and to make the interfaces between client, project and site activities with my team. I reported to my head of department. Unfortunatelly, the project was stopped in April. So it was three months work that usually we never do. In fact it was a chance, I have participated to the closure of the project, see all contract aspects. The main activities were to collect and to demonstrate that our design was compilant with all norms and standards.
