Aujourd'hui, je suis fier d'intégrer SNEF France dans l'agence de Nantes. Ce nouveau challenge dans le milieu du BTP est une belle opportunité mutuelle où j'apporterai mon expertise acquise pendant plus de 15 ans dans le monde de l'ingénierie pétrolière, principalement chez Technip, en tant qu'ingénieur système, puis en tant qu'acheteur industriel dans la section "package equipment".
En immersion professionnelle chez Coutume Café. Le but est de découvrir le métier de barista et ses spécificités.
Main activities: * Coordination with engineering team to define the scope of supply and services. * Coordination with project team to state the main criteria (budget allocated, schedule). * Bidders list, pre-selection based on capabilities of vendors to deliver equipment (financial statement, qualification, technically acceptabilities). * Commercial negotiations of the contract prior to award (price, delivery date, obligations and responsibilities, payement milestones, penalties). * Vendors follow-up. * Command closure. Proposal phases: - NFE (North Field Extension) Project - LNG plant - Qatar; estimation via inquiries to vendors for Cooling towers, Air dryers, Nitrogen generators, chemical injection. EPC phase: - Karish Project - Client ENERGEAN - FPSO - Israel; purchasing of handling devices, deluge valves, laboratory. - BP TORTUE - Client BP - FPSO - Senegal; purchasing of Emergency Diesel Generator, offloading system, filters, electrochlorination system, Produced water treatment, mooring system.
I have integrated UDEC project, for the client LFB, to expedite the system vendor EKIUM. System activities was in critical path and could jeopardize the delivery of the project when I have integrated the team. Principal activities were to find common agreements with client and system vendor to secure the delivery in due time. In addition, I have participated to the FAT of the system to enforce the team.
In charge to define the needs in terms of low voltage for the pharmaceutical project ARRAS 2020 for the client LFB. Design of the Environnemental Monitoring System, of the Building Management System. Coordination between HVAC engineers, process team and client to elaborate the philosophy of the different systems implemented in the plant.
After more than 3 years to lead the design of the SAS in an integrated team (management of 10 people at the peak), to participate to the tests and so on. I took the opportunity to lead the discipline Instrumentation, Control System and Telecom on the project DONG. My main responsabilities were to manage a team of engineers, to organize all activities in order to terminate the project by respecting schedule constraints and to make the interfaces between client, project and site activities with my team. I reported to my head of department. Unfortunatelly, the project was stopped in April. So it was three months work that usually we never do. In fact it was a chance, I have participated to the closure of the project, see all contract aspects. The main activities were to collect and to demonstrate that our design was compilant with all norms and standards.
DONG project Offshore project, Danish north sea. NORSOK compliance. Leading all ICSS activities from the begining of the project. Definition of the design basis, SAS (safety and Automation System) architecture,... Selection and follow-up of the SAS vendor (SIEMENS Oslo).
In charge to consolidate and validate the design of the control system architecture for a LNG offloading system. Finding solution with partners to achieve safety requirements (SIL studies). Collaboration with all disciplines (process, naval, electrical,...) involved on the project.
AL JUBAIL project: Refinery, Saudia Arabia Responsible of the ICSS team. Management of 5 persons. Designing the ICSS system in collaboration with Italian colleagues. Writing the design specifications for control and safety systems, defining the scope of supply and limits with other disciplines, ensuring good design and high quality in documentation. Participating to HAZOP and SIL reviews, implementing Organizing design and tests activities.
RLOC project : Ethylene cracker, Qatar Pre-commissioning and Commissioning engineer for 6 months: Supporting site activities, performing loop tests, performing functional tests for ESD systems, trouble shooting.
IKRA project: Polyprpylene, Russia In charge of F&G system : Writing the design specification, collaborarating with client to close comments and defined strategies, developing architecture.
