Develop and implement Talent roadmap in collaboration with the Global HRBP and business leaders for five different global functions. - Lead talent management practices for assigned communities and give recommendation to support business strategy, including talent pooling, succession planning and career development - Ensure Leadership and Technical skills are mapped and assessed in a proper way and relevant development actions are available to further develop skills within the community. - Provide adequate learning solutions and pathways through the Academy or Alstom University. - Support identification of needs related to up-skilling or re-skilling in each function and propose adequate action plans in relations with the function and the Academy - Promote the adoption of career solutions to support mobility and career development based on competency management. - Support specific development programs such as certification, coaching, mentoring, onboarding
Effective 29 January 2021, #Alstom completed the acquisition of Bombardier Transportation. - work in partnership with different functions and the respective global HR Business Partners on Workforce Planning, Head Count and Staffing governance - support in the deployment and governance of Strategic Business Partnering activities, people management processes and Talent Cycle - contribute to the deployment of organizational initiatives/ campaigns, guiding the business to be more and more the owner of its HR processes.
Partnering with hiring managers in finding the right people to fill in engineering roles for sites across Europe(France, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria): - Overseeing from an operational point of view the progress of the engineering portfolio and finding solutions of overcoming the blockages - Drive the life cycle of hiring process from the opening of the vacancy up to the signing of the employment contract; - Manage any escalations related to the different steps in the new hire life cycle; - Provide analysis reports regarding the entire engineering recruitment portfolio; - Create appropriate sourcing strategies, routes to market, candidate sourcing and pipeline activities across the all relevant local, regional and international markets; - Manage assigned recruitment portfolio within the given KPI’s to ensure a professional service delivery at the expected quality and under consideration of the agreed timelines and cost - Able to use all features and facilities of various tools: Taleo System (for recruitment process), search engines, databases, social networks; - Participate in projects to develop processes, systems and standards to continuously improve service delivery - Deliver Competency based Interview training to recruitment team and hiring managers;
- Provide support in staffing and setting up the HR activities for the start up plant in Oradea; - Recruit and select for the open positions within different business units in Cluj site/Oradea site - Clarify requirements based on job descriptions together with the hiring manager in order to define the candidate’s profile (tasks, requirements, competencies); - Advertise open vacancies on all channels( company website, job boards, LinkedIn); - Review applications and conduct competency based interviews with the selected candidates; - Provide short list of candidates for each position and participate in the final interviews; - Provide feedback (negative or positive) to the candidates following the interviews; - Make job offers to the selected employees; - Conduct New Employee Orientation trainings for new employees; - Administer training sessions for the site/business unit; - Prepare reports for the management regarding headcount, trainings at Cluj site level
Partnering with the business to identify the right talent for sites in France, Switzerland and Belgium: - Recruit mainly engineering profiles ranging from technical support staff up to manager level - Define the candidate’s profile together with the business leaders/HR Business partners - Establish sourcing strategies (e.g.date bases, social networks, media adverts)in order to attract candidates - Screen the CVs, conduct phone interviews with the pre-selected candidates and write candidate reports - Provide a short list of candidates for each vacancy - Provide support in interpreting the results of SHL test( Occupational Personality Questionnaire, Verbal reasoning Test, Numerical reasoning Test, Inductive reasoning) - Maintain and update the database of candidates (Taleo) - Act as Super User of Taleo Recruit(provide Tier 1 technical support to user, manage accounts, schedule/extract reports, support migration from version 7.5 to version 12, test all functionalities of the Taleo 12 before Go-live, attend Oracle training)
