Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, delivering high-quality candidates for a wide range of IT roles, including: Cloud, DevOps, Software Development (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack), ERP (Oracle/SAP), Data, AI/ML, QA & Testing, Technical Support, UX/UI design, BA, PM and SM. - Additional experience in HHRR: talent management (EXPATS administration and global mobility across LATAM), talent engagement, organizational culture, college and early career program, etc.
Supporting the launch and growth of operations in Mexico. Focused on hiring local tech talent, providing market insights, and contributing to compensation and benefits structures. Also collaborate with LATAM teams to align on effective recruiting practices for the Mexican market.
- Recruitment of senior and highly specialized IT professionals. - Partner closely with stakeholders to align hiring strategy with business needs and delivery timelines.
- Serve as a talent advisor and partner for recruiting IT roles across the business. - Provide contribution-motivated candidates who bring value to the company. - Evaluate candidates' cultural alignment to define if they can success in a role within the organization. - Build and engage candidates' pipeline for immediate and future requirements. - Identify candidates whose professional expectations are truly aligned with the available role and work conditions, seeking mutual beneficial outcomes.
- Specialized IT recruitment across Mexico and LATAM countries. - Negation with managers and candidates to set a budget / salary, according to seniority, level of experience and skillset. - Sourcing and screening of candidates. - Meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and reports for specific projects in different lines of business within de company. - In charge of the fresh graduated positions for the university program (college recruitment). - Assistance for campus and university events.
- IT specialized recruitment at national level. - SPOC of assigned accounts to report progress of positions fulfillment. - Negotiation with delivery managers to adjust budgets and improve internal profit margin rate. - Data bases creation, configuration, maintenance and management. - Training of new team members.
