I graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Political Science and International Relations in 2022 by studying English Preparatory Program. During my undergraduate life, I took part in various club activities. I was the chairman of the board of a social responsibility club. I also contributed to my development by taking courses on human resources. I am interested in all functions of human resources and would like to continue my career in recruitment, talent acquisition, talent management, training and development.
-Accessing suitable applications from career portals such as LinkedIn, Kariyer.net (or search from data) -Keep in touch with hiring managers and business partners for selection of suitable candidates -English and general aptitude tests to candidates -Organizing interviews with suitable candidates -Improving the process by prioritizing recruitment needs correctly -Delivering an accurate candidate experience. -Weekly reporting of positions (corporate functions, sales & marketing functions, technical functions etc.)
-Creating job postings in recruitment portals -Searching for suitable candidate applications for related positions from career portals (or searching from data) -Organizing interviews and creating an interview schedule by conducting with suitable candidates -Interviewing candidates -Completing reference checks of candidates and making an offer -Preparing monthly reports on recruitment -Following up the internship programs processes and occupational safety and health (OSH) processes -Making invoice entries in payments related to central human resources -Supporting training plans
