Responsible for delivering, supporting & maintaining IoT solutions for retail clients. Managing external and support partners all around Europe. Creating the System Implementations services department from scratch, building up a team, relations with external partners and hardware vendors. Setting up governing framework for delivery and implementation projects. Developing procedures and processes for support & maintenance services in order to provide market standard customer support.
Responsible for delivery of IT Logistics projects and systems in the manufacturing process. The main goal was to provide support to logistics departments when delivering the components on the production line just in time.

My responsibilities include successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of several projects.
