I particularly enjoyed launching Stoov, one of Europe's fastest-growing companies, in Australia (who doesn't need a heated cushion in Sydney during winter?!) Most of my work sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, and systems. I help businesses clarify their value proposition, design their business development approach, and build a go-to-market motion that turns leads into customers. Launch Factory 88 (LF88) is an industrial incubator assisting companies to expand into China. LF88 is part of 98 Sparks, which has been active in China since 1998 and employs over 500 people locally.
