Per 1 mei 2026 voer ik mijn praktijk vanuit Blijdenstein Legal B.V. — een onafhankelijke adviespraktijk voor financiële instellingen, advocatenkantoren en corporates, op interim- en projectbasis. Eerder werkte ik als advocaat bij Norton Rose Fulbright en als medeoprichter van Bond Advocaten — het eerste banking & finance-transactieboutiquekantoor in Nederland. Through Blijdenstein Advocatuur, I advise, on interim or project basis, financial institutions, investment managers and other law firms in various types of finance transactions (LMA; securitisations; derivatives), related corporate matters, contracting and compliance. As a Dutch native speaker, I am also fluent in English and Spanish.
As Banking & Finance lawyer (advocaat) and founding partner, I advised lenders and borrowers in various types of (syndicated) finance transactions and set up Bond as the first banking & finance transaction boutique law firm in the Netherlands.
As a banking and finance lawyer (advocaat) I advised banks and multinationals on both domestic and cross-border (syndicated) structured finance transactions, including project finance and asset finance (aircrafts, ships, floating production, storage and offloading units and other movable and immovable assets). In this capacity I gained experience in corporate law, contractual law, insolvency law, property law, international private law and regulatory law. Within Norton Rose Fulbright, I also gained experience as an infrastructure lawyer. I focused on contractual law, tenancy law, real estate law, environmental law, administrative law and public procurement law. I also gained experience in drafting and negotiation of DBFM(O)-contracts (design, build, finance, maintain, operate) for PPP projects in the Netherlands.
