I've spent the last 7 years growing other people's businesses. I started at 16, built a Performance Marketing Team at NOVRITSCH with €300k/year in ad spend (in a category the ad platforms love to ban), and today I'm Business Lead at ePace, where we build the data and CDP strategy behind enterprise marketing. But consulting is easy if it's someone else's money. So in 2025 my wife and I bought GelGun - a small Czech eCommerce store - to help me find out whether I actually knew what I was talking about when our own budget was on the line. The lessons hit differently when you pay for your own mistakes. After a rough start, we're up 152% in revenue year over year, average order value up 35%, conversion rate more than doubled. All ran mostly by me, on a stack of AI automations I built myself. With the help of an Agent that emails me a full business briefing every Monday morning. :) That's the thread through everything I do: I'd rather prove an idea than pitch it. Performance marketing teaches me to grow things. CDP work teaches me to understand customers through data. And owning a store teaches me what the textbooks leave out.
