Collins Aerospace and the integrated companies are the (true) market leaders and innovators for many products. We have won multiple Crystal Cabin Gold awards (Hamburg Interiors Expo) for many years in a row and have been recognized as an innovative company in the industry. Collins Aerospace (Interiors) offers the cabin interior products like seats in all classes, galley structures, electrical galley inserts, lighting, refrigeration, waste water systems , Lavatories & Vacuum Toilets, Life Support Systems , Oxygen products as well as engineering services and Global Support with dedicated product support engineers and customer support managers. I also do the advisory role for airlines on In-flight services, training, trouble shooting and (technical) support. Cross selling as well as being the intermediair between airline customers and RTX companies are part of the daily work. This is done in corporation with the product specialists. Main contacts are upper and middle management, government officials and airline representatives involved in aircraft purchases, aircraft cabin interiors and aircraft cabin retrofit programs. I have worked in the areas Central- and South America, partly South- and Western Europe (Airline Groups) and Africa. I travel very frequently. I was based in Nieuwegein, The Netherlands. The product range was in-flight service equipment, mainly used by cabin crew and catering companies and value transport on behalf of the banks. Other departments involved in the airline industry were Management, In-flight services, engineering, marketing, catering , Q&A and purchasing.
