With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in quartz glass manufacturing, processing and engineering, I specialize in turning complex quartz requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions. My focus covers laser processing of quartz glass, CNC machining, precision welding, measurement & quality validation, as well as design-for-manufacturing for demanding semiconductor and high-tech applications. Prior to founding bokTECH, I spent over a decade at SemiQuarz, where I was deeply involved in quartz component manufacturing, cold machining, construction and production leadership. This background shaped my understanding of quartz not just as a material, but as a critical process component within semiconductor and advanced manufacturing environments. At bokTECH, we combine deep material expertise with practical manufacturing know-how – from prototype to series production. Our work is driven by precision, process understanding and long-term reliability rather than short-term fixes. I strongly believe that successful quartz solutions emerge where engineering, manufacturing and application knowledge meet – and where partnerships are built on technical trust.
Responsible for managing technical projects at the interface of engineering, production and customers. Focus on coordinating complex quartz glass components, aligning design, manufacturing and quality requirements. Acted as a central link between customers, internal teams and production, ensuring feasibility, process stability and on-time delivery.
Responsible for operational management of laser-based material processing. Focus on production planning, process stability and quality in industrial laser applications. Gained hands-on experience in laser processes and shopfloor-oriented leadership.
Responsible for cold processing and design of high-precision quartz glass components over a period of nearly 15 years. Led manufacturing operations, construction and continuous process improvement for complex quartz parts used in semiconductor and high-tech applications. Deep involvement in CNC machining, design-for-manufacturing, quality requirements and long-term process stability.
