- The company is agent for German stermed device , devices that were sold &maintained: all device in ICU department (patient monitor , ventilator , ECG,…) ,OR department (anesthesia machine , operation lamp ,laparoscopy ,endoscopy.) & ultrasound. Some of the agencies whose partners have been contracted in Sudan: mindray, Hamilton, drager, storze endoscopy,olymous, schiller . - Promotion and sales of medical device: successfully increased sales by 20% by implementing promotional strategies targeting multiple hospitals and medical centers. -Tender process management: contributed to the preparation and follow up of tender processes and ensured competitive bids that resulted in 27% of new contracts being won. -Building customer relationships: developed long term relationships with customers by following up on their needs and ensuring that their satisfaction the sale. - In after sales services: Medical devices were installed, operated and medical staff was trained on them. - applied all types of maintenance for medical devices (preventive, corrective, inspect) and spare parts replacement. Periodic follow up of the client and providing his needs. We made plans to increase sales and conducted advertising campaigns, exhibitions, workshops, and training courses in which we explained the company's products, how they work, and what distinguishes them. In after sales services: Medical devices were installed and operated and medical staffs were trained on them. Maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, calibration and ensuring compliance with safety standards (ESA TEST) were applied. Hospital equipment was scheduled to develop a schedule for periodic maintenance and monitoring of devices.
