Divya has a decade’s experience in end-to-end payments, cards and loyalty product management, strategy, new product development, partnerships and innovation. She has led varied, large-scale transformational projects through human-centred design and business case to market launch, managing cross-functional project teams. Divya joined Beem It in 2018 as Head of Strategy & Partnerships from Westpac, where her role was working as Senior Manager, Payments Strategy. Divya has demonstrated high performance across diverse roles in product, strategy, communications, digital, strategic partnerships management and project roles. She supplemented her broad experience with an MBA Exchange at New York University's Stern School of Business from in 2016, focusing on digital strategy, tech innovation strategy and game theory.
