The key objective is to lead the business to maximize Oracle sales from the territory. - Develop and lead the “go to market” plan for the designated territory. This plan includes: activity prioritisation, defining of key focus accounts (Large > Mid Size > Volume). - Achieve maximum sales, growth and account conversion within the Financial Services, Oil and gas and Public Sector territories. - Direct sales focus to identify and uncover opportunities. Engage directly with the end customer during the buying cycle as required and appropriate. - Qualify and agreeing a list of key partners to maximise territory sales coverage.
