Provide Sage Intacct implementation and post-go live support to clients including support of purchased software and systems, such as payroll (Paychex), AP & corporate spend (Ramp) and budget apps (Martus). Provide interim bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online system support to clients, including end-user training.
• Lead implementation projects for clients, ensuring successful adoption of Sage Intacct solutions. • Direct User Acceptance Testing to validate system functionality and user requirements. • Develop customized reports and dashboards to enhance data visibility and decision-making. • Fractional system administration • Provide expert advice on the Intacct Marketplace to optimize client investments.
