At Randstad I am responsible for all sourcing activities within the Netherlands with a focus on High Volume Recruitment for our biggest clients within industry, logistics, technics, transportation, customer service and government. With more than 18 years of experience in Corporate, IT and Retail recruitment, I have a strong track record building and managing Recruitment and Sourcing teams onshore and offshore, setting up/managing Referral programs, creating and implementing Employer Branding strategies, optimizing the Candidate Experience and managing recruitment related projects.
