At Randstad I am responsible for all sourcing activities within the Netherlands with a focus on High Volume Recruitment for our biggest clients within industry, logistics, technics, transportation, customer service and government. With more than 18 years of experience in Corporate, IT and Retail recruitment, I have a strong track record building and managing Recruitment and Sourcing teams onshore and offshore, setting up/managing Referral programs, creating and implementing Employer Branding strategies, optimizing the Candidate Experience and managing recruitment related projects.

Managing onshore and offshore teams (20 FTE), devising and delivering recruitment strategy to effectively meet the evolving business needs regarding permanent and contingent demand. Restructured the operating model of the team over the last 2 years. Implementing a culture of attracting and building passive talent communities via multiple channels, committed to establishing a great employer brand, providing highly relevant and engaging content. Next to that I am involved in topics like strategic workforce planning, campus recruitment, returnship programs, contractor hiring, candidate experience/onboarding, revitalizing the referral program and collaboration with other Cognizant regions. Responsible for the management of all Recruitment Sourcing related activities within the Benelux, France and Mauritius (I manage a sourcing team that consists of 30 FT, from which 5 offshore in Buenos Aires), including recruiting/sourcing strategy & planning, budgeting, campaign management, agency management, and vendor management (also involved in contingent hiring). For our region, I am also responsible for the Referral Strategy and Communication. I have also been involved in creating the new Werken bij site for Accenture Benelux. Next to this, I have experience with the global recruitment of candidates.
Responsible for managing and coaching a team of 7 (senior) Recruiters within Accenture Technology, divided over two offices (Utrecht and Heerlen). Working closely with Managing Directors, key HR stakeholders and senior decision makers. Responsible to develop and execute a strategic recruitment and sourcing approach for all Technology positions in the Netherlands.
