I work well with others and am able to complete tasks on time, and efficiently. I enjoy nature and spending time with people that I care about. I love to learn about science and new technology.
Owner and executor of major Supply Chain transformation projects. Leader and responsible for delivering against major capital projects, large scale expansions, and efficiency initiatives. Positioned to manage complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, and then deliver them in a successful and timely manner.

Designing and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures to achieve the production goals of the organization. Works closely with operations, maintenance, product development, inventory control, purchasing, quality and distribution to manage projects. Responsibilities include: 1) Identify and develop processes and equipment needed to produce and distribute products 2) Perform equipment design evaluations 3) Develop and implement new packaging designs 4) Assist with implementation, compliance, and analysis of new/current products, processes, equipment, and systems 5) Plan and oversee layout of equipment, office, and production facilities 6) Conduct studies in operations to maximize work flow and spatial utilization 7) Ensure workplace safety in design of equipment, procedures, and plant layout 8) Cross-channel communications with vendors and other departments to ensure a broad and current understanding of packaging technology and products.
I am responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures to achieve the production goals. Identifying, developing processes and equipment needed to produce and distribute products. Performing equipment design evaluations and ROI. I conduct studies,utilizing statistical data and analysis, to maximize efficiency. I reviews existing processes and develop solutions to increase productivity and/or reduce costs. I conduct root cause analyses with technical and production teams to identify and eliminate process quality concerns.
Taking required courses for my major as well as elective course that would diversify my knowledge and perspective.
Teaching Fellow for ENME 371 (Product Engineering and Manufacturing) in Spring semester, 2016. Fall semester, 2016 for ENME 400 (Machine Design). Responsibilities include: Grading homework and quizzes, assisting students during lab hours, holding office hours to tutor students, and maintaining equipment used in labs.
