  • Project Manager at DAI
    Jun 2019 - Oct 2020 · 1 yr 5 mos

DAI and Women 4 Health (W4H) have been working for 7 years to implement training for Midwives and Nurses in the Northern states of Nigeria where women are often left to fend for themselves. They have had huge successes and the number of women now able to help in the delivery of healthy babies has increased massively. The hardware to deliver this training is in the form of a solar powered, standalone computer capsule. The development of relevant e-learning content has proven more difficult for the local teams to undertake. I have been asked to help train and set up a Nigerian e-learning Production Team so that they can produce training in the future in a totally sustainable way from inside Nigeria. The work is both rewarding and challenging and massive privilege all at the same time.
