Fire Protection by trade and most recently the Senior Enlisted Leader (Falcon Chief) for the 8th Mission Support Group at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea. As I retire from the United States Air Force after more than 28 years of devoted service, I carry forward a leadership philosophy shaped by experience, resilience, and a deep commitment to people. My career has centered on leading, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams through mission‑driven leadership and purposeful growth. Rooted in my background as a firefighter and former Fire Chief, I’ve built a professional journey grounded in strategic planning, operational excellence, and empowering others to reach their full potential. My leadership experience spans emergency services, incident command, organizational culture, customer service, personnel management, and professional development. Across every role, my focus has remained consistent: build strong teams, elevate standards, and create a culture where people thrive. Leadership isn’t just part of the job… it’s a calling. I previously served as a Career Assistance Advisor, guiding Airmen through career decisions, transitions, and personal growth. Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from Trident University International and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University.
