I, Dr Neelam Kaushal (MBBS, PhD), am the founder of RXVP Pharma Consulting, a Board-Level Pharma-Healthcare Leader and Certified Independent Director (IICA & Wharton) with over 20 years of global experience. As a former Senior Leader at Sun Pharma (2007–2024), I worked at the intersection of science, governance, and strategic decision-making, navigating complex regulatory environments while safeguarding patient safety and long-term enterprise value. RXVP Pharma Consulting advises pharma and healthcare organizations on strategic regulatory and clinical matters throughout the drug lifecycle, including POC, filings, approvals, manufacturing, and global exports. I have authored peer-reviewed publications, mentored postgraduate talent, and led multidisciplinary teams guided by integrity, patient focus, and sustainable value creation.

Risk & Compliance: Oversaw global regulatory and pharmacovigilance activities ensuring GCP compliance, robust responses to regulatory RFIs, and effective management of OOS/OOT, PQCs, and safety signals. Patient Safety & Reputation: Led health hazard evaluations, recalls, RMPs, and DHPCs, directly safeguarding patient safety and protecting organisational reputation. Strategic Oversight: Contributed to senior-level decisions on portfolio strategy, first-to-file opportunities, exclusivity, lifecycle extensions, and new product evaluations. Governance & Continuity: Authored SOPs, supported due diligence, and implemented management controls and budgeting inputs to ensure regulatory resilience and long-term business continuity.
