Born in 1982 in Gujranwala to an Army family, I trained in Medicine and Business Management. I’m an alumnus of Nishtar Medical University, Bahauddin Zakariya University, AL Khair University, and Punjab University. I started my career as a Clinical Doctor and later broadened my focus to Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Institutional Development. I’m drawn to unconventional, high-impact models — from doorstep healthcare and outdoor health campaigns to innovative service delivery. I work best in challenging environments, guided by diversification, creativity, and innovation as drivers of sustainable progress. In public health, I focused on bridging medicine and communities through awareness and service programs for corporates, businesses, and educational institutions under my own initiative i.e. LHAES-COSHI (Pvt. Ltd.). In Saudi Arabia, I worked at a rehabilitation center and contributed to home healthcare, and medical research, which broadened my international perspective. I joined the Healthcare Commission in 2018 as an Internal Expert, working with senior clinicians and retired Armed Forces officers on healthcare quality and regulatory compliance. After 5 years, I transitioned to the private sector and founded HSMI (Firm) in 2021 — one of Punjab’s first private consultancies for healthcare quality and licensing. Today, HSMI is known for a strong track record in compliance success and is expanding into specialized healthcare domains. Alongside health, I entered education in 2022 by piloting FMS in Gujranwala — a platform connecting schools, parents, and students. Launched formally in 2026, its mission is to help families find the right educational fit and support institutions in building stronger profiles. In Real Estate, Easy Land reflects my focus on transparency and empowering underserved buyers by countering market inflation and misleading narratives. Most recently, I launched Madinah Vibes, a purpose-driven initiative for Makkah and Madinah exploration services rooted in honesty and spiritual connection. Currently, my focus is on the two pillars I believe shape society most: Healthcare and Education. My goal is to make both sectors more adaptive, competitive, and ready for modern global challenges.
Healthcare quality and compliance are no longer optional — they’re essential. In 2021, I founded HSMI, one of Punjab’s first private firms dedicated to healthcare quality improvement and compliance. Since then, we’ve earned a strong track record helping hospitals and clinics secure licenses, meet regulations, and achieve accreditation through practical training, resources, and hands-on support. As healthcare organizations adopt more corporate practices around marketing, safety, and continuous improvement, HSMI helps them navigate those demands without losing focus on patient care. Our next phase is digital: building solutions for paperless operations, better data management, and automated quality systems. HSMI’s mission is simple — make healthcare institutions more compliant, efficient, and future-ready.
Pakistan’s education sector impacts millions of students and generates trillions in economic activity, yet it lacks a centralized platform for all stakeholders. FMS — Fit Million Schools — solves this. Our portal connects schools, parents, students, and vendors through a unified website and mobile app to create a more transparent, efficient education system. Launched after 15+ years of experience in education services, FMS helps families choose the right school and helps institutions improve visibility. We pioneered “comparative marketing” in education for transparent profiling. Piloted in Gujranwala in 2022, formally launched in 2026. FMS: connecting the right schools with the right families.
