I am a researcher, senior consultant neurologist and director of the Clinical Trial Unit at Danish Dementia Research Centre and Memory Clinic, Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen, Denmark, and associate research professor at the Department of Clinical Medicine, Copenhagen University. Main areas of research interests are within Alzheimer´s disease and Lewy Body Dementia regarding biomarkers and early manifestations and disease mechanisms. I am the Principal Investigator and National coordinator on a number of drug trials in Alzheimer’s disease. I am a board certified neurologist and hold a PhD in neuroscience.
