My work spans curriculum mapping, syllabi revision, and accreditation support through service on University Assessment and Curriculum Committees. I design high-impact online, hybrid, and in-person learning experiences in Canvas grounded in instructional design and adult learning theory, including course blueprints, digital content, and measurable outcome structures. I deliver professional development for 60+ faculty on assessment literacy, SoR-aligned instruction, and certification-prep integration, and contribute regularly to the GSE Shines Annual Conference. I teach and design courses across literacy, special education, assessment, educational technology, and foundations, evaluate e-portfolios with academic-integrity frameworks, and advise graduate students on sequencing, practicum pathways, and certification readiness. I also supervise K–12 teacher candidates via onsite and virtual observations, partner with districts to strengthen instructional systems, develop data-informed coaching plans, and provide PD on learning technologies, AI-supported instruction, and evidence-based teaching. I led large-scale redesigns of graduate literacy courses in partnership with The Reading League and Deans for Impact, aligning programs with the Science of Reading, Structured Literacy, AAQEP standards, and NYS certification frameworks (2025-2026).
