I am a Professor of Mathematics at the Centre for Advanced Studies in Pure and Applied Mathematics (CASPAM) at Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, Pakistan. My academic journey began with a PhD in theoretical graphs and network analysis, where I published research exploring diverse applications of graph structures and networks, along with studies on rough sets in relation to graphs and data mining. Over the years, my research interests have evolved, and I now focus on Quantitative Finance, Actuarial Mathematics, Operations Research, and Business Analytics. I am dedicated to teaching courses in these fields, which include Quantitative Finance, Actuarial Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, and Data Analysis. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I actively train individuals in trading and investment strategies, using predictive modeling to support data-driven decisions in financial markets. In research, I supervise projects on portfolio optimization, risk management, supply chain and pricing, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications. My recent work leverages Machine Learning tools and data analytics to tackle complex issues in Operations Research, Business Analytics, and Financial Analytics. This practical focus on problem-solving, paired with a commitment to integrating advanced analytical methods, allows me to contribute meaningfully to the fields of finance and business, blending theoretical insights with impactful, industry-relevant outcomes.
