I am an experienced Driller/ Drilling Supervisor with over 15 years experience in the Drilling/ Mining Industries. I am currently a water well driller . I am solely responsible for day to day operations on site and off site.I am responsible for the efficient management of all projects as well as ensuring sufficient resources, equipment and stock and reporting to clients, training staff and operators and providing hands-on assistance on site. I started my career as an Operator in the mining industry before moving into Construction and Plant hire, where I was employed as a foreman, and moved into a site management role. I was also employed as a supervisor at Geoserve Exploration where I gained invaluable insight into drilling and even geology. I then went on start my own business and this, coupled with my previous employment experience has given me over a decades worth of supervisory experience. I have kept my industry knowledge up to date by undertaking numerous courses including NEBOSH Health and Safety, Supervisory Courses, First Aid and a number of Operators Courses including Drill Rigs, Mud courses, Screening and Gravel packing and pressure grouting courses, class 2 drilling license. I am a firm believer in continuous improvement-especially when it comes to technological advancements in the industry. My strengths lie in my ability to combine my business acumen with my technical expertise.
