Coordinated work provided by maintenance department and engineers on production line that includes a 13-16 step process including conveyors, robotics, laminating, and lace assembly. • Manage through a difficult time in the automotive industry, including pay cuts, a new union established, and new ownership. Program Manager Responsible for the production startup for the glass assembly process that suppied the Toyota Sienna Minivan. Coordinate work done by internal and external engineers to ensure a smooth transition as we ramped up to full production. Work with supplier vendors to continuously improve the process from a production and safety aspect. Worked with the Quality department at Toyota Assembly to resolve any quality issues, and utility the corrective action system to ensure there were repeat issues. • Improved production speeds by twenty five percent. • Improve quality customer defect PPM from 1100 per month to <30.
