Moving to Hungary for family reasons I continued my responsibilities at Mariscope Meerestechnik as a contractor at the Aspidron engineering office.
As the lead engineer of the R&D department, I was responsible for the complete overhaul of all electronic systems in the company's main business area of underwater robotics. That included design, sourcing, production, customer support and field operations in Germany, Chile, Estonia and Spain.
As a post graduate student I joined the priority program SPP 1679 of the DFG (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft) focusing on the dynamic simulation of interconnected solids processes. After some successful publications on the stability of fluidized bed layering granulation processes I quit this PHD program to turn my focus back on electro-mechanical systems again.
