As an American citizen and EU permanent resident, I bring a global lens to P&L growth, M&A execution, and enterprise transformation in complex, multicultural markets. What drives me is simple: healthcare innovation only matters when it reaches more people. I’ve launched products in 80+ countries, navigated regulatory pathways in over 34 markets, influenced legislated scope of practice and international cancer screening guidelines, and built commercial strategies that translate science into access and access into outcomes. My leadership style is transparent, inclusive, and accountable. I’ve earned Gallup Q12 engagement scores above 4.5 out of 5 because people know where they stand with me and that I’ll stand with them. During my year in San Francisco, I spent my time leading the worldwide marketing and commercial strategy for PIVO(r), with a focus on leading and expanding sales, improving access by reshaping scope of practice and ensuring a strong pipeline through business development. My time at Velano Vascular was short and sweet, but it packed a punch. In my almost six years at Teleflex, I progressed in my career greatly. As a senior executive, I took on the responsibility of full strategic planning and leadership for worldwide marketing and business development, spanning the >$580M product division in over 120 countries. When I wasn't leading my team to success, you would find me ideating, driving policy, strategic decisions and initiatives, as part of the Business Unit Leadership Team. One of my key achievements in 2015 was when the team and I created a patented Catheter Insertion Device of which I am very proud.
I started my professional career back in 2003 with Stryker, where I continued to grow and thrive for almost 9 years in both the US and APAC. From Sales Rep to Strategic Manager, I spent my years learning what it takes to help an organization develop capabilities and talent to win. Working with big budgets and inspiring leaders, I led multiple new market entry or transformational programs across computer-assisted surgery, early-stage robotics and laparoscopic surgery, the latter focused mainly on Women's Health/Surgical Gynecology. In 2007, my team was recognized for Top Manager and Top 5 in Sales, internationally. Further team recognition in APAC for Salesperson of the year, Top PTQ, Top Growth PY, Product of the Year and Top 10 Club.
