I am a global growth and transformation executive with 20+ years of experience scaling multi-million-dollar businesses in diagnostics, life sciences, and MedTech across six continents. As an American citizen and EU permanent resident, I bring a global lens to P&L growth, M&A execution, and enterprise transformation in complex, multicultural markets. What drives me is simple: healthcare innovation only matters when it reaches more people. I’ve launched products in 80+ countries, navigated regulatory pathways in over 34 markets, influenced legislated scope of practice and international cancer screening guidelines, and built commercial strategies that translate science into access and access into outcomes. My leadership style is transparent, inclusive, and accountable. I’ve earned Gallup Q12 engagement scores above 4.5 out of 5 because people know where they stand with me and that I’ll stand with them.
