I’ve been in recruitment since graduating from college, building my career around one core focus: connecting the right people with the right opportunities in the construction industry. Today, I lead U.S. construction recruitment efforts at Engtal, a boutique search firm specializing in high-impact placements across the built environment. I started by growing our presence in New England, partnering closely with contractors and candidates to build lasting relationships and deliver results. From there, I expanded my scope and now oversee our broader practice across the Midwest, Northeast, and Texas. My approach is simple. I focus on understanding people first.
