Spearheading preventative and Emergency Maintenance; Developing and applying predictive protocols and schedules to maximize reliability of cutting edge equipment. Fabrication and installation of equipment to create a clean, concise and safe production environment.
I was part of a team responsible for the smooth day to day operation of every aspect of the plant. Worked heavily with PLC systems and custom interface software, reprogramming hardware controllers to suit production requirements. Occasional fabrication of replacement parts, HVAC-R and plumbing work on grounds, as well as preventative maintenance and emergency repairs for production equipment.
I lead a small team of employees, utilizing CNC grinding equipment, manual horizontal mills, line boring machines and cylinder hones. Responsible for building maintenance and machine installations including industrial electrical setup and maintenance, in addition to machining, supervision and quality control.
