About

Drew leads Amazon’s Communications, Community Impact, and Sustainability organizations. Communications is responsible for making sure news media, employees, customers, and other key stakeholders are aware of Amazon’s unique culture and employee-centricity, its commitment to innovation through new services and programs for customers, partners, small businesses, and employees, and its leadership in cloud computing. Amazon’s Community Impact team drives programs that leverages Amazon’s scale to strengthen communities where our employees live and work, including Amazon’s Housing Equity Fund, Amazon Future Engineer, Disaster Relief by Amazon, food security efforts, upskilling, and more. Sustainability is responsible for driving Amazon’s strategy and programs to reach net-zero carbon by 2040 as part of its Climate Pledge commitment. He joined Amazon in 2003, and has held key positions including Vice President for Corporate Communications, Vice President of Public Relations for Amazon Europe, Director of Public Relations for Amazon Web Services, and Director of Public Relations for Devices and Digital Content. Drew also serves on the Seattle University Board of Trustees, and volunteers here in the Puget Sound community.
