Stock Team Leader - Processing and receipting stock in the warehouse / store - Understanding Audit Compliance regime with a new score of 85% - Being apart of Stock Takes/Audit (counting stock and controlling stock amongst the building) with a new score (Green 1.30%) - 91% green stock audit - Able to run and consult my delivery in handling and placing of stock - Keeping up to date with daily tasks and stock rotation e.g - Fill its - Smart counts (finding stock and adjusting the system). - Reverse picking of stock. - Peform Count it’s - Ensuring all manifests are signed into the system correctly and sorting any receipting issues. E.g Reopening Po’s or Handing Hu’s - To perform Inter Branch Transfers to other stores - General Duty managing of the store. - Customer First Focused. - Weekly Cashing up and weekly Banking. - Keyholder.
Secondee for New Stores Team Dunelm Secondment Role - 2022 - Working towards open’ and setting up Pausa PKC refits/new store. - Setting up new PKC according to PKC set up plans - Guiding and supporting Teams into new cafe set ups. - Adding Merchandise and setting up Merchandise plans Also; Working towards opening new stores: - following and running a team to achieve opening a new store meeting deadline and matching new store merchandising standards.

- Able to run a team of people to create memory making parties. - Creating gym memberships - Booking families and other customers into 1Life booking systems. - Answer customer calls - Dealing with booking fees and applications - Working amongst admin booking systems. - General serving of the public including hospitality, general enquiries and keeping other up to date with current information e.g football pitch bookings and other leisure activities. - Able to use systems including Microsoft and hotmail accounts.
