With over 30 years experience I have gained a sound knowledge of the bicycle industry from world-cup mountain bike racing, through shop sales and mechanical work to over a decade as managing director of a succesful bicycle import/retail business. I have considerable experience working across the whole sales spectrum; from product design and manufacturing, introducing and building brand awareness, distribution and sales to both end consumers and retailers. My specialties are: sales and marketing experience, customer contact, support as well as a good and competent technical knowledge of all cycling components based on solid ground work from the work-shop floor through to years of working on the European and World Cup XC and Downhill mountain bike circuit.
