As a results-oriented and motivated academic with rich experience in administration within the higher-education sector, as well as an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership, I have experience overseeing strategic planning, budget management and fundraising, academic programming, capital projects, and all other areas of college operations, including human resources. Additionally, with several years of experience, I am able to bring innovative ideas to the evolving, highly competitive higher education business model; have an ambitious vision for the future, and am able to lead in a number of critical areas, such as student success; diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; philanthropy and long-term financial sustainability; and shared governance.
Serves as the college’s chief executive officer. Reporting to the District Chancellor and responsible for providing overall leadership and management oversight for all aspects of college operations, in collaboration with faculty, professional staff, and classified unions. The also serves as a Vice Chancellor and is a member of the Chancellor’s Executive Cabinet.

Provides executive level leadership in the development and implementation of a holistic approach to ensuring students have access to support resources needed to be successful. Includes District-wide leadership for policy and administration of support resources and other barriers to student completion.
Responsible for providing executive level leadership for diverse programs and services related to student development, and for college-wide enrollment management efforts.
