IT Program Management Officer – Information Technology In a key role supporting a $10 billion contract, I serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to this complex task order. I manage multiple teams, overseeing the Reporting Analytics infrastructure, Commercial Virtual Remote Support (CVR) Projects, and supervising the Cloud infrastructure across all Air Force bases. By adeptly utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and leveraging productivity tools like MS Office, JIRA, and Microsoft Teams, I ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs. I provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership to a dynamic team of 50 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), including cloud engineers, system administrators, network engineers, and cloud security engineers. This team utilizes cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Windows Servers, Cisco, Citrix, Azure, SolarWinds, and Tenable. I am entrusted with the critical responsibility of ensuring a high quality of service for all technical operations, supporting the DoD Cloud Computing Program Office (CCPO) and the Defense Information Security Agency (DISA) in executing global military directives. (ASI) for Cabling and Wiring Services. I was responsible for the cohesive integration and management of all subcontractor teams and reported directly to Chief Information Officer for comprehensive Infrastructure Security oversight. A significant part of my role involved managing every facet of our relationships with subcontractors, striving to secure consistent and reliable services for our esteemed clients.
