Taking time for advisory activities and trainings/studies, focusing my efforts towards lasting partnerships, sustainable finance strategies for innovative humanitarian-development actors, effective philanthropy, and growth of real partnerships. Spending quality time with my children and supporting development of my partner’s career. Earned two certificates of the Oxford Saiid Business School in Artificial Intelligence and Executive Leadership, and finalized training at the Deutsche Evangelische Kirche as certified Predikant, allowing me to conduct church services in all German Protestant Churches around the world (once appointed by a congregation; currently appointed by the Lutheran Congregation GVA).
Lead the newly created Swiss foundation Stiftung Olivenzweig (Olive Branch Foundation) and its set up and team, building up its national and international programs and grant making, developing and implementing communication platform and strategy.
Led new partnerships and innovative finance, with focus on foundations (US, EU, CH, and MENA), private sector, institutional initiatives, and IFIs. Lead-design and partnership development of $25mio development impact bond on ECD and education. Advised the global federation of 28 humanitarian development country operations in innovative partnership and program development, with global lead on US, MENA, Africa and EU foundations and private sector partnerships, and innovative finance mechanisms. Developed new program partnerships and grants of more than $1mio annually, valuing $5mio+ and increasing across Africa and MENA within the first two years; opened $25+ mio in investments for innovative finance vehicles. Built 50+ new partnerships for the federation and led in international fora concerning philanthropy. Communication lead on new partnerships and innovative outreach and events. Public speaker and presenter at diverse events.
