Immersed in the tech ecosystem, I have a deep understanding of the employment needs of scaling tech companies. As Head of Orrick’s Employment Law Practice in Germany, I provide holistic, commercial advice, working closely with founders, general counsel, HR leaders and boards of international tech companies, from pre-IPO startups to listed multinationals. My work spans the full lifecycle of the employment relationship, with a particular focus on complex restructurings, workforce reductions, works council negotiations, executive matters and cross-border employment issues involving Germany, the US and other European jurisdictions.
