I am a dedicated Staff Consultant Psychiatrist holding a Clinical Fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry from McMaster University, with dual expertise in general and forensic psychiatry. My clinical background is complemented by the Health Systems Executive Leadership Fellowship from St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton in Canada, an MSc in Healthcare Management, an MBA from LSBF, and a diploma in Mental Health and Wellbeing at the Workplace. I am also pursuing fellowship status with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and am a candidate for MSc in Clinical Service Operations at Harvard Medical School. Over the past few years, I served as Chief Medical Officer at Eradah Mental Health Complex in Hail, where I led major organizational and clinical transformations. In parallel, I currently serve again as the Regional Service Line Lead of Mental Health Specialties at Hail Health Cluster, providing strategic oversight for regional mental health services. I also served as the Designated Institutional Official (DIO), internationally recognized as the Executive Director of Postgraduate Medical Education, where the region achieved an unprecedented expansion in postgraduate medical training. During this period, the first five clinical fellowships in the region were accredited, and Saudi Board training capacity increased by 450 percent in 2024, placing the region first nationwide in training expansion. I also stepped in as Acting Executive VP of Academic and Training Affairs on several occasions. Alongside these roles, I currently serve as Vice Chair of the Hail Medical Authority and Chairman of both the Forensic Criminal & Civil Psychiatry Committees in Hail, contributing to policy development, ethical governance, medico-legal consultation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. My operational leadership spans multiple institutional and regional committees supporting system performance, governance, and strategic development. Roles: • Lead the strategic transformation of mental health and addiction services across the cluster. • Standardize and optimize care models to improve quality, access, and patient outcomes. • Oversee clinical governance, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Direct workforce planning, recruitment, and capacity building for mental health services. • Expand specialized units, including forensic psychiatry and addiction services. • Serve as senior advisor to executive leadership on mental health strategy, policy, and system integration.

Oversaw decisions on health-related releases from correctional facilities, compensation claims, and licensing processes requiring medical evaluation. Led strategic review of referral patterns and collaborated with experts in workforce and infrastructure planning to expand and strengthen healthcare services, ensuring alignment with national policy and regional priorities.
