Driven IT professional with 4+ years of industry experience, emphasizing networking and presenting. I help companies run smoothly and boost productivity by maintaining the integrity of their networks and educating their employees. 1) Working directly with our CEO, I have moderated or presented over 20 company-wide meetings, all including a live Q&A, while responsible for troubleshooting technical issues on the fly. The show must go on! 2)With thousands of solved issues behind me, I’ve cemented my status as the go-to person for urgent and high priority requests. My quick action, timely follow ups, and positive attitude are what I contribute most to this success. 3)Through AWS, Meraki, and Datto software I help configure, and maintain an enterprise network connecting offices on opposite ends of the country. This also includes the installation and setup of new switches, panels, fiber optics, and servers. Through my wide scope of knowledge and positive, can-do attitude, I’m confident I’ll make an impact in your organization that will benefit both you and your clients. Formulated curriculum for and taught 2 different courses: a 3 week long high school level course on Music Theory and Sound Design in Video Games, and a 2 week long 4th-7th grade level course that ran twice, teaching similar topics. The high school course counted towards a semester of high school credit, as it consisted of over 90 hours of class and was run through WaNIC (Washington Network for Innovative Careers). It was also held off-site from the main campus which meant I had no on-site resources that I could rely on for help, so I had to solve problems my class was having on my own.
