Responsibilities: - Technical Architect Team member, mainly in charge with the network part. - Design, implement and support the enterprise solutions in the areas of routing and switching and network security. - Create Network Documentation – both HLDs and LLDs for the implemented solutions - Maintain a strong customer relationship on a technical basis - Representing the L3 level in charge with diagnosing and fixing complex issues together with L2 teams, working on fixes and enhancements, capacity planning and capacity management. - Perform troubleshooting on all network technologies. - Provide network solutions in order to increase efficiency and expand network services. - Conduct equipment evaluation, pilot testing and network design in order to insure reliability and scaled expansion.
Project: Avaya Software-Defined Networking Fx™ Responsibilities: - Design/Implement/Test traditional and SDN network - Provide L2 Support for VARs, Distributors, service providers, enterprise customers. - Troubleshoot complicated hardware and software issues, replicate customer environments and network problems in the lab. - Manage critical customer issues and facilitate communication between customers, escalation, and engineering. - Participate in cross functional tasks such as new product development projects, support readiness teams, KB and other documentation activities. - Provide on-site support for customers when needed.
Project: Orange Romania MultiVAS Responsibilities: - Implement changes by administrate, analyze, plan, check, feedback (propose alternatives), test (rollback checks) and execute changes in line with change management process - Resolve problems by performing root cause analysis and implement changes for VAS domain/services/elements - Manage or perform installation of network equipment and configurations of routing and switching equipment on all VAS systems - Coordinate and perform all required activities to recover from major network failures. Perform L1/L2 maintenance using established operations procedures and practices. Supply work around solutions in case of persistent faults. - Responsible for operational acceptance new systems/applications - Responsible for the continuous performance of applications/systems by supporting performance management process with VAS domain/element specific investigations - Responsible for operational acceptance new systems/applications
Project: Orange/EE broadband UK Responsibilities: - Support of SOHO networks for UK Orange/EE broadband customers. - Manage product orders using a variety of internal and external systems - Clearly communicate progress to the customer throughout the process - Provide clear customer communications via email, phone. - Use appropriate and professional language to provide effective customer communication.
