▪ Responsible for implementing the training strategy accordingly with the overall development plan of the location ▪ Creating Training Plans based on training need collection and updating the training plans with the latest training status ▪ Implementing the training process taking care that all the training process steps are correctly implemented and monitoring all the steps and implements improvements when are identified ▪ Developing and imporving of technical curricula for new entries technical training programs and retraining ▪ Delivering new entry certification technical training program, re-certification training program and practical training for the workstations ▪ Organizing the certification exams for the new entries and maintaining the training databases ▪ Developing and preparing technical equipment for Technical Training Center ▪ Maintaining and developing the KPI and providing accurate and timely reports about employees qualification ▪ Project manager for projects on training topics (implementing Online Evaluation for variables employees based on RFID - internal tool for blue collars) ▪ Collaborating with all focus factories to integrate specifications, needed skills and knowledge for all variable employees including new entries
▪ Responsible for the ICT analysis (in circuit test) and repair of electronic assemblies in real-time and maintenance of the test equipments according to procedures and work instructions in order to obtain quality products ▪ Technical support for production test technicians for indentifying production problems (product/process) and for preventive ▪ Setup / adjustment repair / soldering equipment ▪ Monitoring and analysis the irregular parts acting to the standard required (IPC, Conti norms) ▪ Knowledge layout / ciurcui diagram / test specifications ▪ Using microscopes, soldering equipment (soldering stations, desoldering, hot air), electronics measurement equipments ( multimeter, osciloscope, power supply, signal generator) and using reporting aplications (Analyze and Rework, Pulse, MPM) ▪ Monitoring Jidoka areas for irregular parts to meet standards of quality, ensuring the continuity of the process line ▪ Implementing and maintaining 5S in work area and the area dedicated to the analysis ▪ Reporting of results and escalation of problematic situations ▪ Train the new colleagues techinicians and operators for specific issues
